This is a viral infection that the betta needs to fight off on their own. The best thing to do is keep the water super clean. You can try different treatment options but they have very little success.

Symptoms –
Cauliflower like growths on the skin and fins. It usually starts as a few small white cysts, which grow over time. Treatments –No known effect treatments. Do water changes frequently to reduce ammonia and nitrites will help fish battle this disease. (Google pictures used)
